“Section View” is a spatial audio-visual installation that delves into the physical and perceptual essence of space. The system consists of multiple hacked / self-built laser systems and a multichannel audio setup controlled by a custom central software.
The installation seeks to dissolve the boundary between observer and environment, allowing visitors to feel as though they are moving through layers of space itself. The haze amplifies the visual dimensions, while the multichannel audio expands and shapes the perception of the room, offering an experience that is both composed and reactive to the viewers’ presence.
